POLICIES:

Before Your Massage:

Please fill out the New Client Intake Form in advance of your session. Otherwise, the intake form will need to be completed from your phone during your appointment and I will need time to review the intake form before the massage can begin. 


After you arrive for your appointment, the full intake process (discussion, questions) may take up to 15 min or more, especially for new clients. This will not count towards your massage time. Please let me know if you must leave by a certain time. 


In order to alleviate any confusion and frustration, it is important that you read all text and email communication carefully as this contains important information on where to go and how to find my suite. 


Cancellation Policy:

If you cannot make your appointment for any reason, please cancel/reschedule as soon as possible. Less than 24 hours notice will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of the services booked, but please reach out to me via text/email so that I can try to fill your slot. No shows will automatically be charged without exception.


Arriving Late:

In the event that you are running late, please let me know as soon as possible via text message. Appointment times will not be extended to accommodate a late arrival, they will end at the original time booked. No response to my calls/texts 15 min past the start of the appointment will also be considered a "no show" and charged 100% of the service fee.


This time is scheduled just for you and only you which is why I require a credit card on file or prepayment to reserve and guarantee your appointment. However, it WILL NOT be charged unless you do not adhere to the Cancellation/No-Show policy.


It is my commitment to help you get what you came for.


Phone policy: 

I ask that my clients exercise their best judgement when scheduling a session around their work or on-call hours and to keep phone use (calls/texts) to emergencies only. This ensures that my clients can be fully present for their massage without interruptions. If I feel that I am not able to deliver my best service due to constant interruptions/distractions, the session may be ended and my client will need to book another time slot that works better for their schedule. If there are any questions or concerns about this policy, please feel free to reach out to me for clarification. 


Guest Policy:

While it may be tempting to bring a friend or pet to the session for emotional support, I do not allow anyone other than the person receiving the massage to be in the room. The only exception to this policy is if the client is a minor, the parent will need to stay in the room during the session. Minor children are not permitted to wait in the lobby unattended. Service animals are welcome. 


Please be aware that I am not trained or qualified to lift, assist, or transfer a client to and from a wheelchair. If additional assistance is necessary for disabled clients, please bring a trusted friend or caregiver to the session so they may assist you before and after the massage.
